       The Serial I/O's 16550 UART gives your serial peripherals optimum
        performance under Microsoft Windows.  Built-in buffers support a
        continuous data stream from high speed peripherals such as digital
        cameras, 56K modems and ISDN modems.
       Socket's High-Integration Serial (HIS) chip reduces chip count to
        improve reliability and reduce power consumption.  Uses only 5 mA
        in standby mode compared to over 50 mA for other serial cards.
       Works with Windows notebooks and Handheld PCs (H/PC), Apple Power-
        Books and MessagePads,Sharp Zaurus' and Sun Voyagers.  Works out of
        the box with all current versin of Microsoft Windows, including
        Windows 95/NT, Windows for Workgroups and Windows 3.1.
